To find the shuttle pick-up point, please follow these steps:
After leaving the control area, head to the elevator directly in front of you and go down to level -2.
Exit the terminal and walk straight ahead, crossing the two pedestrian crossings until you reach the “Parking Express Arrivals”.
Turn right and continue to the end of the car park. There, next to the exit, our shuttle will be waiting for you between posts 54 and 55.

Our office is located in Torrellano, just five minutes from Alicante-Elche Airport. We offer a free shuttle service that will pick you up directly from the terminal. Simply go down to level -2, head to the Express Arrivals Car Park and walk to the far end of the car park, where our vehicle will be waiting for you. If you have any questions upon arrival, please give us a call and we’ll tell you exactly where to find us.
We are open every day of the week, from Monday to Sunday, with extended opening hours to accommodate the arrival of domestic and international flights. We also offer telephone support to resolve any issues relating to your car hire in Alicante.
To collect your hire car in Alicante, you will need: A valid ID card or passport A valid
driving licence for all drivers named on the contract An international driving permit if your licence is not issued by the EU or is not in the Roman alphabet Your flight number and boarding pass You must present the original documents on the day of collection.
If you book the Infinity package, you can hire a car in Alicante without paying a deposit. However, if you choose the basic rate without comprehensive cover, you will need to pay a deposit equivalent to the vehicle’s excess. The deposit must be paid by credit card in the name of the main driver. In certain cases, a debit card is also accepted if you take out the relevant cover.
The Infinity package or comprehensive cover includes full protection for the exterior of the vehicle. The following are not
covered: interior damage, loss of keys, damage caused by negligence, or situations that breach the contract. We always recommend checking the terms and conditions before finalising your booking to ensure you can travel with complete peace of mind.
Short-term rentals may not exceed 25 consecutive days. If you need to extend your contract, you will need to arrange this directly at our offices, subject to vehicle availability.
You are not permitted to cross the border in a car hired in Alicante. Use of the car is restricted to the mainland.
You can cancel your car hire booking in Alicante free of charge if you do so at least 24 hours before the pick-up time. If you cancel within 24 hours of the pick-up time, the refund will depend on the type of rate you have booked.
