Make sure you book your vehicle on<a href=\"https:\/\/moovers.tunueva.website\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> <strong>our website.<\/strong> <\/a>Once confirmed, complete the mandatory <strong>online check-in <\/strong>through this link: <a href=\"https:\/\/uniones.smartcheckin.renthubsoftware.com\/#\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Check-in Online<\/a>. This step is essential \u2013 without it, vehicle pickup will not be possible.  <\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ol>\n\n<p><em>Important: We reserve the right to cancel bookings without a properly completed online check-in.<\/em><\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Arrival at the Airport<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p><br\/>Once you touch down at Palma de Mallorca Airport (PMI):<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Collect your luggage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Head to the arrivals terminal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow the signs for the <strong>AENA Parking<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you\u2019re on the ground floor, cross the road to the parking area and take the elevator or stairs up to the <strong>4th floor<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you\u2019re on the first floor, use the tunnel to reach the parking lot.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong> Locate Your Vehicle<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p><br\/>When you reach the 4th floor of the parking lot, head to the designated parking spot we\u2019ve shared with you. You\u2019ll receive instructions via email and WhatsApp <strong>24 hours before <\/strong>your pickup, including a special link provided by <strong>Eccocar<\/strong> that will be activated 1 hour before your reservation. This link lets you:  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Remotely lock and unlock your vehicle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Find your vehicle on a map using GPS.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>\ud83d\udca1 <em>Make sure your phone is fully charged and has a data connection to use this feature smoothly.<\/em><\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Vehicle Access and Physical Key<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Use the <strong>Eccocar <\/strong>link to unlock your vehicle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inside the vehicle, you\u2019ll find the keys in the spot indicated in the instructions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Parking Entry and Exit<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p><br\/>Your vehicle\u2019s license plate is registered with the AENA system, allowing for automatic barrier access when entering and exiting the parking lot.
